This villa locate is not good. If you don't take a taxi, you have to walk up the mountain for about 10 minutes and soooo dark . Also, breakfast is so horrible. i found moldy bread for every 3days. i can give max 2star property.

Very value for money for a private 2-story villa in a quiet area, and the shuttle to Nusa Dua beach was really appreciated. Great service, really enjoyed my stay. Air-conditioner was slightly noisy and breakfast could be improved - I recommend asking the staff to deliver the breakfast into the villa instead of having it at the communal area. Perhaps they could install brighter lights at the pool area so it would be more comfortable to swim at night.

Peaceful and Relaxing environment

My family and I had a 4 person villa which was very well kept and clean. Pool was very nice and relaxing and rooms were maintained daily. Breakfast each morning was also very good. Staff were very accomodating and provided a shuttle for us daily as we had a wedding nearby and made sure we were where we needed to be ontime. The only con is the location as the surrounding area is not very developed.

Hotel far from beach

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and tidy. Private pool always clean. Great place for quiet rest. Negative - cats in dining room. Saw one on the table eating food. Smoking allowed in dining area. Disgusting!

A good basic hotel

A nice bedroom and patio area. Our stay was plagued by frequent hotel power outages. The restaurant was reasonable with a small buffet and friendly staff. We got the room at 1/2 price with free breakfast and dinner, and for that price it was a good deal. At full price it would be a disappointment.

Quiet location in busy Nusa Dua

Hotel was in a great location if you want a quiet and private experience, staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us. The manager Mr Putu was very kind and helpful. The hotel arranged free shuttles for short distances and helped arrange the booking of tours and activities.

very small rooms. there are only villas in this property but these are as good as any budget hotel rooms. except that you get a private pool. Rooms can be maintained better and need better interiors. renovation can help.

This villa was amazing...so comfortable and the staff were always there whenever you needed them....if you dont mind the quiet setting as its about 10mins drive to beach...I would definately stay here ....they have a courtesy bus to beach

quick stay

one day stop over on the way to a different location - 20 mins from the airport with no traffic. check in was fast, however they took our breakfast preference which we then had to repeat the next AM again (felt as a waste of time). Dinner option in the in house restaurant was good - however the pasta arrived cold-ish. Room and private pool were nice. Check out was easy and fast. they do offer some shuttle options as there is not much to do near the hotel - which suited us just fine.

Хороший отель, очень приветливый персонал, помогают во всех вопросах. Можно смело сдавать вещи в стирку. Бассейн показался немного грязным. Заказывали трансфер из аэропорта, заплатили 420 тыс рупий, водитель ждал нас три часа пока мы пройдём таможню и границу, но такси можно взять в 3 раза дешевле

Villa piscine privée plutôt sympa

Superbe villa, très confortable, piscine privée très agréable. Hotel éloigné de la plage mais un service de navette "aller" vers la plage ou les activités nautiques de Nusa Dua par contre le retour est à faire en taxi. Le restaurant est correct mais peu de choix surtout quand il manque beaucoup de denrées... Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le plus difficile a été les nuits très bruyantes à cause de voisins peu respectueux (1ère nuit jusque minuit, passe encore, nuit suivante jusque 3 h00 du matin à entendre hurler....) mais la réception a réglé le problème, la nuit suivante a été excellente.
