The Ayodya Palace offers 81 air-conditioned accommodations with fireplaces and tablet computers. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Beds feature premium bedding. This resort is next level. The lounge is lovely, and the staff are excellent. Miss Ericka went above and beyond to make sure that my son and I felt welcome and well cared-for. We definitely want to come back again soon. Our stay before our cruise leaving from the Benoa port was too short! The grounds of the resort are super well kept and stunning. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay and this property. The breakfast at the lounge was delicious.

As explained by other the palace is part of the resort however you will pay double the price of the normal room in the resort for having a separate reception, pool and lounge access which from what I saw was not really worth it, the reception when we arrived was empty and no one to help, the bathroom in the room is outdated, the breakfast selection in the lounge is very limited compared to the resort restaurant (which you can go to any) the big advantage is only that you don’t need to walk a lot from the palace entrance to your room other than that not much

Our stay at Ayodya resort was great. We were particularly impressed with the excellent customer service we received throughout our visit - A special shoutout to Dillan :) Our room in the Palace Wing was lovely, clean, and offered a beautiful beach view. Its location was also incredibly convenient, providing easy access to the beach and various restaurants within the resort. We appreciated the wide range of amenities available for all age groups, and both the beach and pools were amazing. Overall, the resort provided a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere with beautiful Balinese touches.

I could write thousands of words explaining everything in detail about how good the Palace is but I’ll summarise by saying both the Club Benefit Palace room (1477) and Suite options are amazing. We were extremely fortunate and grateful to get the Hanuman Suite (1483) for our anniversary. It’s a massive room with the most beautiful views. Literally the only negative was having to explain we had a members discount every time we purchased food or drink in any of the bars or restaurants, as the hotel system clearly couldn’t auto apply the discount using the room number. Everything else was brilliant, the breakfast, afternoon tea, the pool, location, beach, cocktail 1.5hrs and of course the staff. All the staff work tirelessly and do their best - Santiasa has to get a special mention for being extra lovely.

Great for families with young kids

We had a really great stay here with our 2.5year old and 8month old. Very family friendly but not overwhelmed with only families staying there. The kids pools were really great. Staff were very friendly and lovely with the kids. Although parts of the hotel looked a little tired there were lots of staff around doing maintenance and keeping things tidy. All the spaces were kept very clean. Sometimes communication between staff wasn't great, for example we had a letter left in our room about a free balinese dance performance happening in the hotel but when we asked in the lounge and at the palace reception they new nothing about it and kept trying to direct us to the paid nightly performances in the hotel theatre. The only other thing we found frustrating was that we forgot our reusable swim nappy. unsurprisingly the hotel asks that babies and children who are not fully toilet trained wear a swim nappy. However, the hotel did not provide any or have any for sale. They directed us to a pharmacy at the local market, which did not have any for sale either. Very minor complaints on the whole. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to other young families.
