Off to a bad start

Wasn't the best hotel I have ever booked through hotels. com. We arrived a little late there was no one on reception so we had to wander around trying to find someone to attend to us. I doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Nice Stay, Will Definitely Return

It was a very pleasant stay. All 16 of us in our group ( 8 rooms ) feel that we like this hotel very much, clean, good location & helpful staff. I understand that this hotel is very new and had suggested some improvements to the manager and he promptly took note and promised to work on them. Things like there was no soap holder in the shower for us to put the soap..... no clothes hangers in the cupboard etc. The Wifi is only available in the lobby and I hope that soon, it can be made available in the rooms too. I look forward to coming back to stay soon.
