This cozy and fully equipped beach house with a garden, lovingly designed by its owners, was conceived as a place to escape. It offers its residents a perfect balance of relaxation thanks to its tranquility, simple comfort, natural setting, peaceful surroundings, and proximity to the beach and sea, among other noteworthy features... guaranteeing wonderful and cherished moments with friends and family.



The Space:

This charming cottage with sea views is just a 5-minute walk from the spectacular Abrela Beach.

From the garden, nestled among palm trees, you access a large porch furnished with garden furniture (sun loungers, tables, and chairs), leading into the main living area: an open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining room. The house has two bedrooms: a master double and a second bedroom with two single bunk beds, separated by a full bathroom.

Descending from the garden at the rear of the house, you'll find an even more impressive garden, both in its natural beauty and size. It also holds a key feature of the home's appeal: a barbecue area with a spacious covered patio, perfect for enjoying culinary evenings with friends and family, offering a variety of living spaces.

The property boasts a private and secluded 1,000 m² garden, fully fenced.

The area around the spectacular Abrela Beach stands out as a natural haven of sea, sand, and hiking. This tranquil beach boasts a restaurant specializing in fish and seafood (the owner also has fish shops in the town of Viveiro). Abrela belongs to the municipality of O Vicedo (bordering the province of A Coruña), offering its residents incredible coastal routes, such as Fouciño do Porco and the Cueva de la Doncella (Cave of the Maiden), which are part of the endless coastal hiking trails that run along the entire Rías Altas (High Rias) coastline.

Abrela is located 10 km from the historic town of Viveiro and just a few kilometers from the town center of O Vicedo, making it an ideal base for discovering the beauty of this wild area of ​​the Galician Rías Altas in peace and tranquility.
