Retreat to Martha's Vineyard in a modern ranch style vacation home with a heated pool tucked on 1.5 acres of landscaped grounds providing the ideal setting for families and friends to enjoy their time together.

Our home offers multiple spaces to relax inside and out, ensuring everyone’s vacation needs are met. The grounds offer an exceptional park-like setting with grassy lawns, various walking paths, and a koi pond. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Lagoon Pond in close proximity to Farm Neck Golf Club and Featherstone Center for the Arts.

The pool anchors the extensive exterior entertainment area, surrounded by decks, walkways, and brick patios, awaiting your dream vacation.

The house features four comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 baths and can accommodate 9 guests. An open-concept kitchen and dining areas, spacious living room, office, and exercise room...all on one floor with multiple access points to the expansive deck. There are many amenities, including central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, linens, a pool with a diving board and lounging spaces, an outside shower, games, a pool table, and many more…

Amazing Oak Bluffs Oasis

We traveled to MV for a weekend away and had an amazing visit. The house is gorgeous and exactly like the pictures. We loved hanging out in the pool and playing games in the media room. The location was outside of town but we brought multiple cars. The house has a ton of parking and is apart from the neighbors. This was the best place we could have imagined for the weekend and would definitely come back and stay again! Our only critique was around the requirement to wash the towels because the previous person who stayed at the property left wet laundry in the washer and dryer. So we had to redo those loads of laundry and wasn't able to finish our towels. However, when I emailed with the host they were very understanding!

Great property!

We loved our stay in this house - room to spread out inside and out. The pool was lovely to have in the backyard and we had everything we needed near by. The one thing that would be nice to have is more comfortable seating on the back deck overlooking the pool and a bit more shade options in the back yard. The property managers were helpful and responded to any questions we had very quickly - super accommodating! A 10/10 home!

MV Getaway

Excellent property with a wonderful pool and quiet neighborhood. Listing was accurate as described and communication with owner was prompt and helpful to all questions. Excellent amenities including game room with pool table and boats games. Great location for adults and children to enjoy.

Lovely home and wonderful location.

The house is lovely and the pool is awesome. Further, there are ample places inside and out to both congregate and isolate. Hosts were responsive when needed. And it's just a beautiful home and property. Everything w/r/t the House Instructions was fairly clear and straightforward - probably the only things I'd suggest would be clarity around Trash Day (it was unclear if trash should go out Sunday or Monday night), and what days the groundskeepers and pool folks come by only so that guests can be prepared to get out of their way if needed.

Vineyars retreat

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful, well appointed home. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was used daily. Owner's were easily reached if needed. We will be back.
