We arrived- to a room that was open-door ajar- toilet had been used-1/2 the roll of tp on dispenser was wet-thank god my daughter had brought our own then I asked for late check out- they gave me 1PM-but then locked me out 11am- & when I went to pack up- told me Id have to show proof that it was my room-ridiculous-we spent a lot of $ for us- no offer to buy us dinner or anything-very disappointed

The smoking/non smoking area is a joke. People smoking all over the place without anyone saying anything. If you allow that get better smoke eaters.

The room is very spacious and clean. The best bathroom I’ve ever seen for a hotel. Located right near a Walmart for those things we happen to forget while traveling.

The courteous service was evident from the moment I approached check-in counter. Everyone was so nice! The room was in great condition and all the amenities I needed were available on site. Oh, the steak was delicious!!! Loved my stay!!!
