It was very nice having an entire apartment unit to ourselves. It’s great to have a washer and dryer too although we just stayed one night. There was only a couple things I didn’t care for. Ceiling fans need cleaned, walls in bathroom could also use a scrub. They didn’t supply TP (only half rolls left in bathroom)so we had to run to the store to grab some. Not many towels so if we stayed longer it would have been a problem. Also, for me…. I’m sensitive to smells and there was a strong candle scent that caused me some issues. However, it did give it a homey feel. Overall, if it was adequately supplied with towels and TP I would recommend though….

We haver been here before when we went rafting.

Great property and the property manager was there to assist when we arrived. The place had not been cleaned and their phone systems were down. We got past that and then that evening there was a black rat snake that hung out in the home fr just under 24 hours. Other than that, great.

It worked for our trip

The property seems like a new listing, everything was nice inside and new, but you could tell work was being done and the outside yard was full of nails and construction materials. My kids like to play and roam so I was pretty unsure about them being on the yard with all the debris laying about. The air conditionera worked wonderfully to keep everyone cool on the very hot days we were there. Unfortunately, the internet didn't work well and the tv uses internet so both nights our TV was out because the internet service was down. We had an issue with the dishwasher not opening and notified the homeowner who was going to get back to me. Instead, someone was in the home while we were out without giving us a heads up. I was uneasy about this. I wish I would have known someone would be in the house. But I was thankful the issue was resolved quickly. I think it is a new listing and as we were there and noticed things the home needed the homeowner was very quick to address issues, for example making the house number more visible on the doors and adding a larger outdoor rubbish bin. All in all, it was and will be a nice home once the yard is cleaned up a bit and the kinks are worked out.
