A beautiful condo in prestigious Caswell Dunes subdivision community in Caswell Beach. Top level (2nd floor), end/corner unit, first building on left as you enter Caswell Dunes. Community features two pools and a gazebo.

This condo is located right next to the Oak Island Golf course and has great views of the course. And oh, those ocean views! Views of both the ocean and water features offered by Oak Island Golf Course. Granite counters throughout, enclosed outside H/C shower, all TVs are Smart TVs. Stroll up to the community beach access, set a tee time or relax on the covered oceanside deck.
