The open floor plan will have the entire family enjoying conversations as the dining area, kitchen and great room all look over the ocean, decks and pool. This gorgeous home has lots of sleeping space with 5 King bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms - 2 sets of triple twin bunk beds in one room and a twin/full/twin trundle in the other bunk room. 3 of the bathrooms have large tile showers.

Close attention paid to detail in this home. Large oceanfront family room upstairs and a 2nd oceanfront family room located on the 1st floor to give everyone a little more space. Private pool located on the ocean side of the home (pool heating available for a fee), 1 outside shower, large kitchen open to family and dinning room, large eating bar at island, dining table seats 12, plus an elevator. There are 2 bar areas in the house with additional seating - one on each floor. Kitchen is a cooks paradise with the latest gadgets and plenty of space for multiple cooks around the gorgeous island. Waterbugs/cockroaches were in every room in house. When we arrived, the batteries in smoke detector were beeping so we had to call property manager; you would think house keeping would have changed batteries out before we arrived. Other than those two issues, this was a nice stay.

was not as clean as it should be. We requested the cleaners to come back on day 1 as the kitchen was dirty. They also replaced the coffee maker bc it was awful and the toaster. The cutting boards were not usable and the pots/pans seemed dirtyl Not a good first impression. Advertised with a grill at the property, but it was so rusted that it was not usable. Could have provided more chairs on the deck/balcony.

Family Get Away

The house is right on the beach, plenty big enough for our crew of 22, and the kitchen was well appointed. The house could have been cleaner and it felt very impersonal since it is managed by a rental company. It was difficult to get answers from the rental company via email, but they were attentive if you called.
