Beautifully decorated with granite counter tops, jacuzzi tub, ceiling fans; hardwood floors. Books, games, DVDs, gas fireplace, charcoal grill. Office area with dedicated phone line for fax, scanner and printer.

Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the screened porch, covered porch, and two expansive decks with furniture, a direct walkway to beach over a freshwater pond with a double gazebo, beach cart for carrying all your beach gear. Exquisite home! Part Handicap friendly. Enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that dogs may be occasionally present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

We'll Be Back!

We loved the privacy of the property, its location, and the decor. Covered porches were available with rocking chairs along with an elevator for the two elderly persons who were with us. The private board walk to the beach and the covered shelter at the end of the walkway were added pluses--even the swimming alligator! The kitchen was well equipped. The property management company was extremely responsive when we had an issue early on with the elevator. A maintenance person came promptly and showed us how to operate it.

Gators

We had a great time. At first we saw the little gators 2-3 feet. On the last day we say a big one, about 8 feet. I didn’t realize that there would be gators this close to the beach. No problems, but it did make me a little wary near the tall grass at the start of the walkway.
