The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that a dog may be present during owner stay for those guests who may be allergic to pets.

The condo was super clean and comfortable! The beds were nice and clean! Very calm and quiet Oceanfront balcony was beautiful! Only complaint we had was the pool was closed for repairs
