This vacation rental welcomes up to one dog per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

Screened porch off the back of the home with a beautiful marsh view, covered porch, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, easy beach access. Dogs are accepted year-round! Dock nearby is NOT for tenant use. Close to ramp. Off season monthly rentals available. Short drive to restaurants, grocery, ice cream, and shopping, and even tour the Oak Island Lighthouse!

Nice home with great beach access and beautiful view of inter coastal view

PRO:Perfect fit for our family and pet friendly. Could use a few more rocking chairs for the porch . Great parking, outdoor shower, with large rooms. Neighbors were kind and quiet. Very relaxing. Liked the flooring, easy to sweep and keep clean. CON:screens need some repair to keep bugs/flies out, kitchen could use a few more cookie sheets/frying pans/silverware. Bathroom sink drained slow. Kids would of liked a larger TV for family room. Some doors need attention.

The property was perfect for my family. Just a heads up on this location is the shower heads are very, very low and I'm 5'5. My 17 year old son is 6'4 and my husband is 6'2. The other issue was the stove burners are very uneven. Other then that the house was wonderful and is in a great location close to the beach access!!
