In a great location, La Isla Bonita is just one street over from the 29th Street crossover to Davis Canal, where you can find easy access to the beach as well as the public kayak launch!

This vacation rental allows one dog per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly reservations. With a fenced in backyard your pup will be sure to enjoy its vacation too!

Your family will love this home as it offers plenty of room to spread out! Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms surrounding the main living area furnished with comfy seating around a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities.

Flowing into the living area is the dining area with seating for six, making it the perfect spot to commune and dine together after a long day of fun in the sun! The modern kitchen, finished with stainless steel appliances to go along with white countertops and cabinets, makes cooking fun and enjoyable.

Located directly off the living area sits the master bedroom that welcomes you with a king bed and private bathroom. There is plenty of room to store your clothes with two chest of drawers as well as closet space. Don't overlook the streaming flat screen TV perfect for a movie in bed.

Off the dining room is another bedroom with a full bed and a closet for storage while the final bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of closet space as well. Between the two you will find a full bathroom.

A perfect spot for the kids, the downstairs living area provides an open space equipped with a foosball table and two couches centered around the flat screen TV.

If you need to take a break from all the fun there is an office area upstairs perfect for knocking out some work or even having quiet time to yourself.

Items in need or repair / attention

Upon our arrival on 8-4-024 we found the following items that needed repair and/or attention. Front door glass was filthy with prints, Large wall clock in living area was not working, marks on wall behind the 2 kitchen trash cans, two of the lower level ceiling fans would not work, outside back slider door light not working(bulb-?), ash tray on front porch was full of cigarette butts (we were all nonsmokers), downstairs large wall clock was not working, Front door sheer rod was badly bent, hose spigot at stairs was leaking badly (keft concrete wet always), stairs to lower level the hand rail had been pulled from wall, a front blind was broken, range hood had 1 bulb not working, scuff marks on wall at living room couch (each side), paint chipped over laundry area doors, We have a photo of each of these items reported at time of arrival. Other than these items our stay was good.

Beach Vaca

Nice house, but needs some TLC from the owner. Clogged sinks, poor cleaning by housekeeping. Thankfully the weather was good and we spent most of the time on the beach.
