Disliked: Cleanliness
The house accommodated our family of 11 well. However, it was not clean. The cleaners came back our first morning after calling upon arrival and did a cursory clean that did not address all of our concerns. The management company was responsive. The deck furniture is locked down making it unmovable which prohibited us to gather as we wanted. We were surprised that the house is in need of significant upkeep and maintenance since it was touted as new and the nicest house on the island.
