Please note: We only offer Sunday to Sunday reservations in the Summer.
Stay at "American Dreaming" and check off all of your vacation boxes! Sit by the firepit in our fenced backyard and listen to the sounds of the crashing waves, which are 1 block down the street. Head down to the beach during the day and cool off in our private stock tank pool while your kids play ping pong in the gameroom. Enjoy a short 10 minute drive down to Southport to catch a ferry or sit on the water and have a fantastic dinner!

1. Quiet hours (as a courtesy to our neighbors):
a. 10 pm to 8 am on weekdays
b. 11 pm to 8 am on weekends and holidays
Trash and recycling cans must be brought to the street on the designated pick up day.
a. Oct 1- May 11= Wednesdays
b. May 12 – Sept 30= Saturdays
No pets on bedding or furniture. Fur removal from these items may result in excess cleaning charges.
Pets must be crated when unattended.
