The kitchen and the main living area were the Stars of the show. As well as the beautiful view. The house has been beaten up in several areas. Rust on the door hinges and soft places in the floor coming in from the pool. Everything was functional and comfortable, but very weathered and worn. We totally enjoyed our stay we just feel like even though the home is oceanfront, it is a little overpriced. We would definitely stay in this home again. But not at the same price point.

The Brothers at the Beach

Each year the Brothers of Sigma Alpha Epsilon's Indiana Beta Chapter at Purdue University get together for an outing. Fellowship, friendship, food, beverages, golf and fishing are the key parameters to the long weekend. The Sensational property provided an excellent backdrop for this event. The main floor with 180 degree views, the bedrooms with on-suite baths, the prime location were all excellent. The maintenance team was on site within minutes when a bedroom door was found locked. The large island was perfect for meals and socializing. Overall a 10 out of 10.

Beach property for large groups

Our stay was good. Property was beautiful. Just small inconveniences like sheets not fitting beds, not enough toilet paper,,dish soap or dishwasher soap.garbage bags. No toiletries so make sure to pack your own. It’s always unsure which properties provide things and which ones don’t. It was a great open space for my cousins and I to get together even in sad time of losing my brother and a tropical storm.
