Four TV's with basic cable, living room TV is streaming ready, high-speed internet. Ocean view covered porch with furniture, private beach access across street with gazebo, seasonal pool and hot tub on premises along with bike racks, cold outdoor shower and grilling area. Master suite with private bath, standalone shower, jacuzzi tub, ceiling fans throughout. Nightly rentals available off-season only. Off season monthly rentals available. Formerly: Sea Ya There.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Please note that the elevator is unavailable until about March 22, 2026.

Great vacation

Loved the location and the condo. Fairly clean, well stocked kitchen. Do need to have better directions about linens. Ex. Where linen bag is to put dirty things in. Our son brought in a gray bag of linen the day we got there, on Wednesday. Had some clean linen right on top. I didn't realize until day before leaving that it was full of dirty linen that hadn't been picked up! Thank goodness we didn't use anything that was on top. Also didn't find bag for our dirty linens until morning of leaving. Hot tub needs a good scrubbing. Husband disappointed that he couldn't watch Fox news. But we loved the place and had a great time.

Great location, awesome space

This property is located right across from the Yaupon pier. You have an excellent view of the ocean, an amazing master bath and shower, a beautiful condo in an excellent location with right across the beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy checkin/checkout too. And the pool/hot tub are bonuses. We love Oak Island.
