This lovely Oak Island home is mere minutes away from the sand and the surf! Call any day a beach day, just don't forget to pack your sunscreen. When your toes aren't dug into the warm white sands, play at Middleton Park which offers a skate park, a pickle ball court, a tennis court, and a splash pad. You can also stop by Veterans Park and enjoy the lovely views as the kids fish in the intercostal waterway. Excellent dining and shopping options are in abundance in Oak Island - so rest assured that you'll find something suited to everyone.

Full of light, the open-concept living room and kitchen offer an excellent space to spend time with your loved ones. Sit and stream your favorite TV shows and movies in the comfortable living room while the chef of your family whips up delicious dishes amongst the stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops in the full kitchen. When it's time to eat, dine at the quaint formal dining table, or alfresco on the home's peaceful deck.
