Oceanfront building next to the pool makes it easy to go back and forth from the beach to the pool and fast bathroom breaks (closest stairwell to pool, but an interior unit so no noise from pool heard from unit). 1st Level: Smart TV in living room, Amazon Fire stick available on master bedroom TV, standard TV in kid's room has a DVD Player. VCR, CD player, books, games, puzzles, pack-n-play, booster seat. Hardwood flooring and ceramic tiled bathrooms. Updated kitchen appliances. The covered deck has ample furniture and boasts great oceanfront views! Walkway to the beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area, each condo unit has an outside shower for rinsing off.
