Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
cockroaches during the day disrupted my family's stay here. Just google "what does seeing cockroaches during the day in a home mean" We saw a cockroach on the ceiling, a cockroach scurrying under the coach, cockroaches on the screened in porch, and a cockroach in a bedroom. We attempted to make the best of it, deciding to cook outside, but when I opened up the grills, I saw they were disgusting. The cooking grate of one of the grills was rusted. A property should not list an amenity if that amenity isn't usable. So we cut our stay early. It's a shame because the location and layout of the home are wonderful. I brought these issues to the attention of our property contact, asking for a partial refund. As of this writing I have not received. If I were you I would stay clear of this property and Evolve. They clearly don't take matters like this seriously for their customers.
