Overall property was above average except my son found three bugs in the room on 2 different nights. Staff was pleasant as I had a medical emergency and they worked with me and my family. Parking was convenient and safe. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

I had a major issue with my room, I’m not going to go into detail. The staff was more than helpful and made things right as best as possible. This is a newer hotel in Oak Ridge, so the property is really nice. The staff is very nice.

The hotel was fairly new and very clean. There were almost no amenities. It was a comfortable place to sleep, but it offered nothing special. To get in to the hotel area, you had to scan your key, but the door relocked 3 times before I could get from the scanner to the door. (Irritating)
