Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
All waste including diaper pail and dog waste bin, must be removed from the premises and left inside the waste and recycle bins located inside the garage.
If the hot tub is left in unusable conditions, we will charge a one time dump fee of $290. If the hot tub keys are lost, a replacement fee for all keys in the lockbox will be required.
Additional fees will apply for any unauthorized late checkout beginning at 10:05 a.m., charged at a rate of $35 per cleaning staff member for each 30-minute interval.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Family friendly, with a very responsive owner. My wife and I brought our 3 year old and 1 year old, as well as our pug. We had a blast, staying in during rain, cooking, playing in their game room. Also made it out to Yosemite. Great times.

Great House!

The house was amazing and had everything we needed as a family. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. It is a great location, close to the Yosemite south gate and Bass Lake. I highly recommend this place. The host was amazing and communication was easy and fast.

I was extremely happy with the cabin - amazing amenities and super comfortable living space right in the heart of Yosemite. I strongly suggest renting this space for your family! The owner/renter is very helpful and friendly, and the space is beautiful!!!
