Hi Fritz As far as I could understand, things were going really well the afternoon of your arrival: - I helped you figure out a plan for your Yosemite trip since you did not have the required reservation - We provided you a take-out breakfast so you could leave early in the morning - We exchanged jokes - You prepared dinner using the barbeque grill - You had a great time at the dinner at a secluded patio over a great view of the mountains during sunset We did not hear any complaints regarding an old sock from your during our interaction over 3 hours or so with us. I really apologize that your experience was less than optimal during the later part of your stay. We keep the rooms clean as much as possible and will take this feedback positively and pass it on to our housekeeping staff to be extra careful.
