They offer breakfast, but by eight it was all gone and they didn’t bring anything else, terrible since that is one of their selling points.

This is my second time staying at this property, check in is always easy, staff are nice and friendly. Location is accessible to many stores and restaurants, can walk or drive if you’re being lazy. Plenty of space for parking. Room is cozy, spacious and clean, ac is cold and quiet, and bathroom is newly renovated now from what I remembered when I stayed last yr with my family. Good breakfast selection, of course Im always after the waffle and coffee. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

A good hotel with breakfast included and free parking. Hotels near Yosemite are quite pricey, but this one was in my budget. The Hotel is a little run down, nevertheless, the staff has put great effort into keeping it clean.

Look elsewhere!

The outside garbage bins were full & garbage spilled into the parking lot. Our phone didn’t work & we had only 6 TV channels & 2 of those were in Spanish. The internet worked sporadically & was very slow when it did. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7A & we had a tour that left at that time. A young desk clerk was kind & had a sack breakfast ready for us. Overall - not an enjoyable experience.

2 stars are due to amenities and conditions. There was limited wifi as only one of us could connect to wifi. I overheard another person also complaining. There were issues with the regular cable with half the channels having no sound. The phone was not working at all. The staff was unable to resolve the wifi and cable as the hotel was in the middle of service changes. Staff stated they were going to have maintenance take a look yet it was not resolved. Overall the staff was courteous yet the motel was average.

The room was beautiful and the bed most comfortable. The staff had been a delight and gave great recommendations on places to eat. Quick stop on our way to Yosemite for a day of hiking. I highly recommend The Oakhurst Inn.

Slightly better than being unsheltered

I’ve stayed here three times. While it’s not the nicest place, it’s affordable and conveniently located near EV charging, which I appreciate. That said, I was particularly disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the pool and spa amenities. I always look forward to soaking in a hot tub after a long day of hiking, so I asked about the hours when I checked in and was told it closes at 10 PM. Unfortunately, I later found out the hot tub has been permanently closed—despite still being advertised as available. The front desk should have been upfront about this when I asked. It was frustrating to return from a long hike expecting to relax, only to discover it wasn’t even an option.

Unless they improve I don’t recommend.

The front desk person was nice but the room was not good. It had space under the door, the sofa was dirty and the fire extinguisher was hanging down from the ceiling. It looked really old, and unkempt. I won’t be going back and don’t recommend it.
