Bass Lake Heights Neighborhood sits on the summit. A quick 0.6 mile hike down Mono Rock trail will take you right to the Bass Lake Recreation area. 5 Min drive down Crane valley Rd will take you to Bass Lake Recreation Areas campgrounds and Picnic Sites.
Pet Policy: Pet beds are provided; pets must use them or stay within the designated areas. Only 2 crate-trained pets under 50 lbs allowed. $120 per pet fee. Violations result in a $500 deposit deduction.
Hot Tub: $100 fee may be withheld unless the hot tub is cleaned and set to Economy Mode upon checkout.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM. $500 penalty for noise complaints.

Check-In/Out: Check-In after 3 PM. Check-Out by 10 AM (late check-out incurs $100/half hour; early check-out results in 25% coupon forfeiture).

Safety: Keep entrances closed to avoid insects and wildlife. No hunting. Do not leave food outside or in cars. Bears are common; do not feed or approach them.

Hot Tub Use: At your own risk. No use if alcohol is consumed or if pregnant. Hosts are not liable for injuries.

Fire Safety: No fires or open flames during fire season. Confirm with hosts before using the fire pit.
Refunds: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, or park closures.

Non-Smoking: Strictly no smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs. Violations result in deposit forfeiture and additional cleaning fees.

Child Safety: Property is not child-proof; hosts are not responsible for injuries.

Do not tamper with security measures.
