Inside, the open-concept main living area combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces, centered around a dual-sided fireplace. One side offers a cozy conversation area, while the other features a flatscreen TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four. A separate game room includes a pool table and seating for five, making it perfect for evening entertainment.
Step outside onto the spacious patio deck overlooking the river, where you’ll find a hot tub, gas grill, dining table, and outdoor seating. A large driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, boats, or trailers with ease.
