This is a newly remodeled 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom house in Oakland. This is at front of the two attached units in the same gated lot. Large parking lot at the back.

It is close to Fwy 580/880, 4 mins drive to Oakland Zoo, 6 mins to Coliseum, 10 mins to Oakland airport and 24 mins to Downtown San Francisco. Bus 646 is right outside and takes you to Coliseum BART station.

The space
There are three bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom has a king size bed in there and in suite bathroom with shower. The two guest bedroom each has a queen, sharing the bathroom in the hallway. Full kitchen with an island and a dining room table sit 6 comfortably. Smart TV in the living room with a comfortable L shape sofa. A reading area with a comfortable chair next to the beautiful window. Huge parking lot behind the building can allow you to park up to 3 cars.

Location was secure. entry clean and safe gated with controlled access. House was 95% clean. Could had done better jod cleaning under beds (left over stuff under all three beds) but house was clean with no olders. Washing machine and dryer worked great. Towels where clean and nice (little small but did the job) customer service was promt professional and curtious. I would rent again next year

Entire unit was clean and reasonably well maintained. Living room and kitchen were quite spacious. Only minor negatives were: 1) not enough forks in kitchen, 2) only one relatively thin bath towel per person (more of an issue for people with long hair), and 3) getting out of the car to enter the front gate entry code is difficult during rush hour since the driveway entrance is not deep enough to pull all the way out of the street. Overall a good value for the price.

Everything inside the rental house was great. Clean big kitchen and big beds and three bedrooms. All good. The area around the house was very noisy, especially on Saturday night when loud parties kept my wife awake till 2AM.
