Rooms were clean / modern, but with a sterility that would put a hospital room to shame, very cold feeling. Bathroom sliding door leaves over 1" gap from wall allowing clear view to toilet from room when closed.

I liked that the hotel was centrally located and pet friendly. I liked the cleanliness of the room. I liked the large television and program options. I liked the downtown skyline view. The valet were all very kind, professional, and helpful. I didn't like the long wait when I arrived-20 minutes-standing in line because there was only one person at the counter. I didn't like that the front desk would put me on hold with a long wait time when I called for information. I didn't like the $10.00 parking tax on top of the $50.00 valet charge.

Be sure to visit the little bodega on the corner, which surprisingly has excellent takeout hibachi meals that are worth the wait. Salmon was outstanding. Shrimp was outstanding.
