Situated at the back of the property behind an Edwardian duplex in a prime Oakland location, this charming cottage offers a high degree of privacy and is within walking distance to local hospitals, shops, and restaurants on Piedmont Avenue and Temescal. It's also close to the MacArthur BART station, which provides a quick 17-minute ride to downtown San Francisco.

The cottage features a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, central heat and AC, a 50" Smart TV, workspaces, a private deck with dining for four, and a hammock. Off-street parking is available for one car.

Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet.

The entrance is on street level. As you walk into the foyer, you’ll find a counter-height table with two chairs, a chair by the door for putting on your shoes, and hooks with a shelf for convenient key storage.

Adjoining the foyer is the living room, which includes a 50" Smart TV and two couches for relaxing.

From the foyer, walk up two steps into the fully stocked kitchen, which features a dining table for four.

The bedroom, located off the kitchen, has a queen-size bed and a door leading to the deck.

The bathroom, located at the back of the kitchen, includes a tub, shower, vanity, and toilet. It is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The second bedroom, located off the living room, features a full-size daybed with a pull-out twin-size trundle bed.

On the deck, you can enjoy the Oakland weather with a hammock and a table with four chairs for additional dining options.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All bookings are required to purchase rental damage protection without exception.

This cottage offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
