The Neighborhood
Step outside and you're moments from the best of the Westbrae and Upper Solano North Berkeley neighborhoods. Stroll to Solano Avenue for its beloved local restaurants, boutique shops, and outdoor cafés. This quaint residential neighborhood boasts several small parks and is perfect for peaceful walks. Getting around is easy whether you are driving or using public transit including AC Transit buses and BART and there's always plenty of free street parking on our block. The neighborhood is peaceful, residential, and exceptionally walkable, the kind of place where you feel safe and settled at any hour.
