Loved how clean and well-maintained the facilities and rooms were! AC was perfectly functional, TV was new, and everything smelled fresh. Beds and pillows were super comfortable! Housekeeping was great when done, it just didn't get done unless specifically requested. The staff were super friendly and helpful; there was just one individual who would always make you come to the front desk and get toiletries yourself (i.e. extra toilet paper, tooth paste, extra towels, etc.) rather than having the items delivered to our room. He would outright refuse to have anything sent up to the room, which was a bit odd, as it the first time we had a response like that at a Holiday Inn. Otherwise, it was a great stay for 7 days!

Beautiful, new hotel

The hotel was brand new, spotless, and very well designed and decorated. The only downside to the whole stay was that the neighborhood did not seem suitable for exploring.
