The room itself was very good. However, the service did not meet the level I normally expect from Hyatt. Housekeeping was not done on the second day of my stay, and on the third day I had to request room service multiple times before it was finally taken care of. In addition, when I asked for more than one bottle of water, I was told that only one complimentary bottle is provided per family per room. Considering I was paying over $230 per night (including parking), it was disappointing to have a basic courtesy item. worth only a few cents, questioned. Overall, while the room quality was satisfactory, the service experience fell short of the standards I have come to expect from a Hyatt property, having stayed there numerous times in the past

We had a wonderful two nights stay at the hotel. The room is very clean and spacious. The gym room is quite big and is well equipped. We really liked the breakfast. Most importantly, staff was amazingly nice and friendly. We can’t wait to comeback.

On our second night there were some teenagers kicking doors. It was very frightening. We called the front desk. They said they went to check it out. We saw some teenagers in the hallway again and called. About 2 minutes later the fire alarm goes off. We are not sure if the teenagers pulled it or if there was a real fire. We all went out down the stairs and we tried to go back up the stairs, but there is no way to go back upstairs. This seems like a fire hazard to me. Each floor should have cameras so people could see what is going on. This is my second time staying there and I really liked it. Also, when I was checking out the lady at the counter was not courteous. She did not greet me or say goodbye.
