Very dated. Lobby, Hallway, Elevater Rugs Needs to be replaced. Even for $59, not a place I would recommend. Staff “just there”. The carpet in the room was nasty. Cigarette burns. Furniture dated. There was fly strips hanging from the lobby fan.

The hotel is. FILTHY! DEAD RAT IN THE STAIRWELL... garbage in the parking lots... windows don't openn... restaurant is CLOSED PERMANENTLY, toilets don't flush... i could GO ON!!! No privacy...

The most disgusting hotel I’ve seen in a long time! Corridors smell like weed and tobacco. Pretty much everything is dirty, old and run down. Only one elevator is working. The onsite bistro has been shut down. Rooms are nothing like the clickbait photos on the booking site. At check-in, a lazy desk clerk informed me that neither heat nor AC cooling is currently operational. There is nothing executive about this former Red Lion property, besides its proximity to the airport.

Had drug deals going on in the room next door until 5:00 am. No shuttle service. No restaurant. Room was disgusting. Had one towel for two people.

The staff is either helpful and friendly or rude and will not help at all, it was frustrating to deal with. I know they deal with a lot of nonsense and it's not an easy job, I respect what they do and I feel for what they deal with, but the attitude some of them have is inexcusable. I feel like housekeeping gets a bonus for every deposit they keep from customers, they are terrible at checkout. They don't seem to care much but then they find any reason possible to keep your money, it's messed up. Yes it's a cheap place to stay, but not if you factor in the $100 deposit that they will keep for the slightest reason. Then it is rather expensive for what you get. Could have stayed at a very nice hotel for what this cost. If you don't mind losing an extra $100, then this is a decent place to stay, but I will think twice about staying here again myself.

Seems to be a little bit of a transition in place. Some older, worn items. However, they are being replaced with quality items. The marble shower was new and looked great. My only concern was the airport shuttle. They advertised this service but then stated that it was no longer available when I called from the airport. My family said that they saw a sign stating it was unavailable due to vehicle maintenance but the staff never mentioned that. I'm not certain of the reliance of information regarding the shuttle.

Needed an affordable place close to the airport and thought the pictures were nice. My daughter and I were really disappointed. It was very confusing knowing where to park. The adjoining lot had tons of graffiti. When we tried to check in, several people were waiting and “had no idea where the clerk was.” The elevator was broken. The walls and carpet were incredibly dirty and worn. The shuttle to the airport was out of service. A $100 deposit is required to stay there. Some positives were that the bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Overall, very bad stay.

The surrounding area was unsafe, flies were buzzing around the lobby, sketchy area with a lot of graffiti, and the clerk wouldn't let me use the bathroom. I immediately booked another hotel and canceled my reservation.
