Welcome to the Rockridge, one of the most vibrant areas in Oakland/Berkeley. Walk to BART to go to SF or take 7-min bus to UC Berkeley or simply dine at our neighborhood's great restaurants.

This sunny upstairs unit is about 1250 sq ft and it has two bedrooms, a family room with couch, and a large living room with queen sleeper sofa. The bathroom has been remodeled to cater to guests' needs. The house is tastefully decorated with new furniture and linen. Enjoy Keurig coffee or specialty tea in our cozy tea room.
