Rather small room rather high price...area a bit rough...homeless, tons of vacant for lease business fronts...close to BARTstation, however. Staff do their best in an older facility.

Unsure how clean the floor was so I did not feel comfortable being barefoot. Smell of the room as I entered was not very pleasant and inviting. Increased noise from the outside as early morning approached.

The room was fine, but the first night we couldn’t sleep at all. The walls are insanely thin, and our neighbors were all noisy which made sleep hard. But other than that the location was great, very close to bus stops and within walking distance of campus, downtown, and Telegraph. Parking was also super easy.

False advertising! This property is a motel, not a hotel. They shouldn't call it a hotel. The room was cramped and the coffee stirrers were dirty. I checked out after one night but they still charged me for two nights because of their "policy." What a joke!

A very basic, no frills motel. Perfect for 1 night that won’t break your budget. The white towels and white bedding were kind of musty smelling gray. Other than that, shower pressure great. Will stay again for a quick trip to pick up our daughter at Berkeley.
