Nice little place but only for a couple of days. Place is too small and needs lots of renovations. The floor tiles were broken on the living room. The bathroom needs a big update. Location is great close to everything you do not need to pay for taxi service.

Convenient comfortable stay

This is the second time we stayed at this property, & we like it very, very much! The owner was very helpful with any questions we had. The neighborhood is walkable to all the interesting sights near El Templo and the Zocalo. We would highly recommend staying here while in Oaxaca.

Great for an extended stay.

The apartment is delightful. The perfect base for exploring Oaxaca. The kitchen is narrow but functional. There is a 4 burner cooktop, no oven. A toaster oven suffices because you really want to eat out at one of the many great restaurants in walking distance. Olga was a great host, quick to respond to any messages. The actual unit is up a hill from the gate at the street. Good exercise.

Great neighbourhood with some excellent restaurants, bakeries, mezcalerias and local markets. Also very close to the Centro area and all the tourist things. You can easily walk to most of the places of interest in the city. Safe and clean, and the other guests were very friendly and quiet. The host was very much on top of things and generally quite helpful.

Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood for walking

We totally enjoyed our visit here; the apartment was much more spacious than we thought so it was very comfortable for the 2 weeks we were there. The property owner was also very helpful with walking directions, recommendations & help with getting a cab when we were leaving town. We love Oaxaca & are already thinking about another visit; I would definitely like to stay at this property again because it was so convenient & near lots of fun town activities & restaurants.
