Good central location friendly & helpful staff but room decor and finish is dated and underwhelming for the price. Whilst the internal courtyard is beautiful, other guests easily disrupt its peacefulness. Rooftop pool is nice but lounging area is unloved.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really nice and spacious. The pool is more like a fountain than a pool. The chairs are not near the pool so lounging by the pool isn’t really an option. The area around the hotel is really busy but all things are easily walkable from there.

The Hotel is beautiful and unbelievable. It is perfectly situated near the center plaza and you can walk in any direction and find food. The room was cute, cozy and it felt great to come back to the room and relax. I couldn't have asked for better hotel. When I come back to Oaxaca, I will be staying here again.
