Great central location and comfortable stay

Good location, on site parking. Clean, fresh room, comfortable beds, en-suite facilities. Very happy with our stay here.

Needs TLC & heating

There were no outside lights working so when arriving in the evening as we did, it was very dangerous going up & down the steps into the guest house. There was no welcome at all & trying to contact host's took a little while! Once eventually in the property it was VERY cold. We stayed in room 2 on the ground floor which was also VERY cold. The room was very dated & the shower room was very small. The shower was AWFUL the water pressure was non existent & the shower hose was severely damaged. Very disappointed stay.

I stay "corrected".Very bad weather changed, everything but after a bit of a slow response, Liam came through, accepted and accommodated change of dates professionally.

This location is perfect for exploring Oban. The room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. There is a big common room available to sit in with a lovely view of the harbour. The lock box is a bit tricky. The mechanism has tiny wheels to set the code any a very small latch to release the lock. I would recommend this property to fellow travellers.

Had an issue when we arrived, but Liam quickly addressed the situation to our satisfaction. There was a small frig in the dining room, but a microwave to heat meals for those who didnt want to eat out, would have been advantageous.

While i was looking for B&B in Oban, i did have two esential points: A - Parking. This was fine. B - Wifi. Strathnaver's wifi was not functioning! I flagged this via email, no reply. Other guests confirmed that no functioning wifi is a long lasting issue.

La télé n'a pas fonctionné même après la réparation d'un employé. Pas de pression sous la douche, juste un petit filet d'eau. Un des matelas était très mou, l'autre était correct. Rien autour de l'hôtel . On attend plus vu le prix de de la nuit !

Nice and convenient hotel

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The hotel is located walking distance to town and the ferry terminal. The room was clean and the bed comfortably.
