Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This holiday complex for 20 people in Córdoba offers the perfect opportunity for several families to meet and enjoy their holidays without living together in a single accommodation, maintaining the privacy of each family unit. Located in La Hacienda El Encinar, the complex consists of three studios and two apartments, all equipped with air conditioning, television and private bathroom with shower tray. The apartments have complete kitchens, while the studios have a small refrigerator.
They will be able to share common areas such as the dining room, swimming pool, gym, and a large play area with a ping-pong table, darts, and spaces for socializing, ideal for children and teenagers to have fun together. The pool is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, with shaded areas and communal furniture for responsible use. The gym, although not professional, provides a space for stretching and yoga, with rules that ensure its proper maintenance.
The Estate is located just 25 minutes from Córdoba capital, surrounded by nature and outdoor activities such as hiking, bicycle routes and wildlife observation in Sierra Morena. Nearby, in Villaharta and Espiel, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and other services necessary for a comfortable stay.
Access to the property is private, with unpaved but well-maintained paths. The plot and the urbanisation are fenced, which allows safe walks and bicycle routes without leaving the enclosure. A maintenance team is available to resolve any incidents during the stay.
This rental does not imply total exclusivity of the estate, so it is possible to share spaces with other guests, so coexistence, the rest of the neighbours and the rules of the premises must be respected. Events such as weddings, baptisms, communions or parties that alter the rest are not allowed.
The set offers 180 m² of accommodation with mountain views, equipped with garden, barbecue, wifi internet access, heating, mosquito nets and covered parking. The American kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay.
