Apartment Talblick:
In the separately accessible apartment, which was extensively renovated in 2016, you are welcome on a living space of 60 m², which is divided into two spacious bedrooms, a cozy living room with integrated kitchen area and a daylight shower. Both bedrooms give you a comfortable night's sleep in a generous double bed surrounded by two double bedside tables with reading lights. In addition, you will find a wardrobe in both bedrooms to stow your luggage. The apartment has a balcony and in front of the apartment there is a furnished terrace with garden furniture in the middle of the garden. Here you can enjoy an alfresco meal and enjoy the expansive views of the rolling green surroundings. Use the fireplace grill for a barbecue. A parking space is available on the property.

Our house Sonja offers quiet apartments with garden, terrace and barbecue in the heart of the resort Tanne, ideal location for hiking, but also for skiing. You can, depending on availability, to choose between two comfortably furnished apartments. The apartment Talblick extends to 60 m² and can accommodate 1-4 persons with two separate bedrooms Our small cozy apartment garden view, with fireplace has a size of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 2 people. Whether you want to go hiking or exploring the Harz, Tanne is a central and ideal starting point for your activities. We would be happy to welcome you as our guest.    

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Urlaub im Harz

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Alles sauber und alles da was man so braucht. Das Ehepaar, das die Wohnung vermietet, ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns gut mit ihnen unterhalten. In der Umgebung kann man schön spazieren oder wandern gehen. Auch kommt man überall gut hin. Wichtig ist das Auto, da man ca. 5 Minuten in einen anderen Ort fahren muss um einkaufen zu gehen. Die gesmte Wohnung machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Auch die Ausstattung war vollkommen in ordnung. Als Nachteilig sind die vielen Treppen in der Wohnung anzusehen

Unsere zwei Jungs, 10 u 6 konnten sich zurückziehen- in ein süßes Kinderzimmer. Eine klitzekleine Gefahr (nachts) für kleinere Kinder oder ältere Menschen: die Stufe zum Bad und Schlafzimmer- aber für uns war das ok Alles geräumig, in der Küche alles vorhanden, sehr ruhige Lage, viel Stauraum, Schränke, etc- ideal auch für Wintersport, Stellplatz- alles problemlos

Tolle Wohnung, nette Leute. Immer wieder gern. Für kleine Details wie Salz, Zucker, Pfeffer, Filtertüten oder Geschirrspüler- Taps sorgt der Vermieter selbst, was selten vorkommt. Die Gegend ist absolut sehenswert.
