Der Aufenthalt in Steibis war sehr angenehm! Abschalten vom Alltag, wandern, Natur genießen, bewundern. Wohnung war klasse! Bädle in Oberstaufen ebenfalls.

Erstklassige Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage in Steibis

Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Steibis. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants verschiedener Kategorien sind mit wenigen Stritten erreichbar. Die Betreuung der Wohnung vor Ort und der Kontakt zum Besitzer ist sehr gut. Alles in Top Zustand und sehr sauber. Kein "Renovierungsstau". Zwei kleinere Reparaturstellen (Balkongeländer und eine kleinere Farbschadstelle durch Vormieter) sind dem Besitzer bekannt und zu Reparatur bereits beauftragt. Die Küchenzeile ist neuwertig. Das Bad ohne Makel. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und nicht überladen. Das Klappbett-Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist aufgeklappt ein vollwertiges Bett. Zu empfehlen ist für dieses Klappbett das Wäschepacket von der Betreuung vor Ort, da man hierfür ein grosses Betttuch/Spannbetttuch benötigt. Das Internet/WLAN ist gut. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist für die Wohnung vorhanden. Übergroße SUVs oder Pickups wären für den Stellplatz etwas sperrig; normale Fahrzeuge, Medium-SUVs, Kombis passen. Mein Gesamteindruck ist durchweg positiv. Im persönlichen Gespräch mit dem Besitzer wurde angesprochen, dass die Wohnung im Herbst 2021 zur Steigerung des Wohnwerts noch verschiedene Neuerungen erhalten wird. Holzfussboden, neue Küche mit Spühlmaschine ( --- die aktuelle Küche ist neuwertig :-), etc.; alles bereits beauftragt. Wir habe uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen gerne wieder und werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Gegend, man kann sehr viel unternehmen

Gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Vermieter kümmert sich rührend um die Urlauber, dass auch alles in Ordnung ist.

Super!

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in der Ortsmitte von Steibis. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Wlan. Wir können die Unterkunft, mit gutem Gewissen, weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber verbesserungswürdige Kommunikation!

Die Wohnung ist sicher eine der saubersten und geschmackvollsten im Allgäu! Leider wird man durch den Besitzer und seine Vertreterin vor Ort aber wie ein Dreijähriger behandelt. Wir haben uns hier nicht als Gäste, sondern eher als Angestellte gefühlt. Ohne die druckvolle und sehr direktive Kommunikation wäre es sicher eine sehr nette Erfahrung geworden.
