The apartment house with only 4 residential units is situated in a quiet and sunny residential area approx. 250 m from the centre of Tiefenbach and the bus stop. There is a ski storage room in the house and bicycles can be parked in the hallway on the ground floor.

The 3 1/2 room flat in country house style is located on the 1st floor and is south-east facing with a surrounding south-facing balcony. The master bedroom also has an extra east-facing balcony. The flat is exclusively furnished to a high standard. The living and dining room area has a handcrafted beamed and coffered ceiling and an electric tiled stove with stove bench. Open-plan kitchen to the living room with large dining area, couch corner with leather couch, leather armchair and couch stick, TV;

1 bedroom with double bed (2 metres long and 1.80 metres wide), TV, east-facing balcony; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2 metres long and 0.90 metres wide); bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate WC and bidet; pets: Dogs are not allowed in the flat.
