The charming Southern architecture of this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house sets the stage for an authentic Ocala, FL retreat. Close to the Square downtown Ocala with its fantastic variety of restaurants. Whether you choose to stay home & sip sweet tea on the front porch or visit the World Equestrian Center WEC South.

Plenty of room to spread out with extensive Front Porch & screened in side porch. Indoors A/C Living, Dining & eat-in Kitchen areas. Downstairs, full tub/Shower bathroom between the kitchen & Master bedroom with a queen bed. Then upstairs 3 bedrooms & a full bathroom walk-in shower.

Guests have full access to the entire 2095 Sq Ft house. plus Front lawn, Large side lot & dog friendly fenced in back yard accessible from the back alleyway or from the back porch

Quiet neighborhood near the historic area of Ocala, FL (Brick City)
The front porch is everyone's favorite place to hang out on the couch swing, the loveseat, and 2 chairs with a coffee table. The stunning old-growth Live Oak, Pines & Camphor trees dripping with Spanish moss are magical.

By car, bicycle, or just walking, this old Ocala neighborhood is an experience. Excellent restaurants can be found on and near the Historic Downtown Ocala Square within walking distance of shopping, dining, and nightlife.

The host was quick to respond to my questions. The house is a beautiful old house with a lot of original features. I felt like I was at my grandparents house. So comfortable. The house was close to downtown, and easy access to roads and local spots. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch and relaxing.

Definitely the house is nothing like it looks on line

House is old, had a smell and not as clean as expected. Not worth what we paid for the rental, the house don't have cable and it only has 1 old TV in the leaving room, can't rven hang on the back yard cuz it was so dirty.
