Not enough kitchen items, only one pot, no shampoo, no hair dryer. Only a couple towels and small and low quality. Bed pillows smallest i have ever seen. Small squares 12"x 12". Very strange. The bed was rock hard, felt like sleeping on a piece of wood.

Room was spacious! Great staff. Lots of construction workers stay here. Nice gym. Only negative was a huge cockroach was seen on the wall in the hallway while checking out.

We showed up with up with our reservation made through Expedia and they told us there were no rooms available. We requested any room type they had, the front desk lady said they had absolutely nothing. I asked about upcoming reservations, surely they have no shows, she said she would have to run people’s credit cards, but she was too busy ad the lobby was full of people in the same situation. I accept that these things happen, and sat in the lobby hoping to find an alternate hotel or waiting for a no show. All the while, my son is telling me he how hungry he is, and my 9 month old was crying as it was his bedtime. It was a nightmare. But it got worse. After an hour, a couple walks in said they just booked on expedia and the front desk lady gave them a room!!! What? When I questioned how that was possible she yelled at me snd other patrons to get out of “her” lobbby or she’ll call the police! Stay away from this place!

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. Actually i have stayed at hotels around the world some have not been clean and my biggest pet peeve is the noise when you are trying to sleep. Everhome was very quite! Thank you. The amenities were great especially the kitchen. My only complaint was there was no soap in the bathrooms. If i had know this i would have brought my own. Thanks for a great stay.
