The home sits near a cul de sac and sits in a private single family home community. Literally only a mile from all the shopping and restaurants your heart will desire as well as close to College Park University

Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee collected after booking.

This place was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless when we arrived—easily one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in. It’s also pet-friendly, which made our trip so much easier, and the huge yard was perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy.The home itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was our second Christmas at this wonderful home. It welcomes you like a warm hug.We were able to bring my 93 year old mother and my 90 year old aunt over for a fantastic Christmas dinner and gift exchange.
