You get what you pay for. We paid $286 for a week stay. The bed was not comfortable but better than sleeping on the ground outside in cold weather. Hot shower was lovely. No housekeeping attendant came to check on us the entire week there. We had to walk up to front desk and ask for more toilet paper. No microwave, fridge or coffee maker. Noisy place and lots of questionable activity in area at night. Again, you get what you pay for. On the upside, the front desk staff were all very kind.

The room was clean, but felt more like a rehab dorm. It was not decorated and felt like you were more in a holding facility. The shower barely had any hot water, and the shower curtain allowed water to get all over the tile floor which made it a very dangerous situation. Parking was adequate for the amount of units there.. but I definitely won't stay here again!

Worst day ever, receptionist took my ID and left me outside for more than 30 min in the cold then came back and gave me the key with my room, I was on my way to the room and he came and told me that the room had plumbing issues and he had no more rooms that the other ones were dirty and I had to wait until they clean them or I could call hotels.com to relocate, I tried contacting someone for over 30 min, the virtual assistant is useless (don’t work at all) and it was super hard to find a phone number, when I found one it’s very hard because the machine ask you1000 questions and then disconnects, when after a few try’s finally could speak with someone the rwceptionist came and said my room was ready, since it was over 1am and I was very tired and frustrated I decided to take the room, the room was not clean and it had a really bad smell. Worst day ever and hotels.com didn’t help at all to make the situation easier for me
