The room was clean and even had a full size refrigerator and stove. A pleasant surprise so we decided to stay longer than intended. The hotel is undergoing renovation so the breakfast room was not open, but they provided fruit, breakfast sandwiches, granola bars, coffee, tea, and juice. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our special thanks to Christie who helped to return a bag that we left behind. The location was convenient. We will definitely stay at the Baymont Ocala on our next trip.

Breakfast room was closed. After 17 hr drive, we checked in and my brother showered and discovered exactly one towel in bathroom, and then we discovered that the TV didn’t work. Packed up again and moved to room next door. A/C was very weak and one bed had absolutely no firmness at all.

They only had one room ready. Paid for 2 king rooms and they only had one available. Even though I did the early check-in the day before they only had one king room available. Had to take a king and a double. Also the room smells old and like smoke. If the air is on it blows the curtains straight out so that the light from the outside shines in. Room doesn’t look like the pictures, for sure. Even though the person working the front was apologetic it still doesn’t make us want to come back here.

The staff was very thoughtful. The accommodations however were less than favorable. It was extremely dirty and had roaches. Under the beds were not swept and it was obvious that the floors were not mopped. The air conditioning needed to be cleaned as the dust affected my sinuses. The bed sheets had stains on them and they need to change out their towels to white so as to be better able to sanitize them (wash in bleach). The place felt more like a motel than an hotel by Wyndham. Overall I would not stay here again neither would I recommend anyone to.

Very nice place a newer place basically a studio apartment refrigerator stove microwave nice bed (king) quiet area but still located where stores, restaurants, banks, pharmacies. If in the area I would definitely recommend it of course I would choose this place again
