Relax in our bright and cheerful, pet friendly, 3 bedroom/4 bed home with a fenced in backyard, close to I75, shopping, restaurants and amenities. Whether you are in Ocala for the world famous Equestrian Center, proximity to the beach and Disney World or for work, this location is ideal. Enjoy your morning coffee under the gazebo while your pet roams the back yard.

The master bedroom has a memory foam topper king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower that includes bodywash, shampoo and conditioner and a hair dryer.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress and the third bedroom has two twin beds with new memory foam mattresses. There is a portable desk in the bedroom closet desk for those needing to work.

The second full bath in the hall has a tub/shower and dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

All bedrooms have extra blankets and sheets and luxury towels are provided.

This newly furnished home has 4 smart TVs, one in each bedroom and a 65 inch TV in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster and even a juicer for those who want to give that a try with fresh Florida oranges! There are 4 folding chairs in the garage along with a high chair and beach chairs.

The coffee bar has a dual K-cup and coffee pot and is stocked with k-cups, sugar and creamer.

The laundry room is right off the kitchen and has a full size Samsung washer and dryer, an iron and small ironing board.

The recently fenced-in backyard has a covered gazebo with solar lights and comfortable seating for six. There is also an electric BBQ that can also use charcoal.
For those with dogs, there is a “station” with poop bags and a trashcan for your convenience.
