Experience luxury and convenience in this beautiful hilltop home, just minutes from downtown Ocala, shopping, the WEC, and the airport. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house includes pool table, darts and video game. This unique home offers an unparalleled living experience.

Two rooms available to rent or individually. One room close to full bathroom. Other bedroom is in front of home with a Murphy bed in office. Located next to half a bath and laundry.

Shower in full bath will be shared.

I can make arrangements to rent full home with notice.

Once rented I will send you code before check-in the day of.
Other things to note
I sometimes come in to stay a couple nights on the weekends. My home and work are out of town so renters will primarily have house to self.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Marion County Museum of History and Archaeology. Features include a gym and laundry facilities. The vacation home includes amenities such as a jetted tub and 2.5 bathrooms.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please let me know when arriving and departing. Please keep air on 75. My usage lets me know how much electricity is used. City electric is extremely high.

Kitchen lighting- Crystal light on left as you walk in. Stove light and red light in cubby hole. Family room- switches by elliptical machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The location of this property is great and close to some local springs. The check in process is easy and the homeowner is quick to respond. That's about where the good qualities end. The AC was not turned on before our arrival so the house was 86 degrees when we arrived, and didn't cool down until morning. The house was definitely not professionally cleaned as there was hair and toothpaste in the sinks, and smudges on shower and tub. There was also debris on the floor. A random gummy in the bed sheets. And most alarming was a large pocket knife and personal massager just left open in the nightstand. This is definitely not a professionally run Vrbo location.
