The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights
On the deck, please place the cover on the gas grill, stand the beach chairs together between the shed and house and cover them, and put the pool floats in the outdoor shower.
Please place the bicycles in the bike rack in the bicycle storage area under the house and close and lock the double-door gate.
Please lock the fold-up wagon at the ferry terminal wagon area with the provided bike lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please no loud music, and no music outside after 7 p.m. Keep outside music and conversation to a low volume and respect the neighbors' privacy.
No house parties; no additional guests beyond the maximum number specified.
Please turn out the lights, turn off AC, cover the grill and beach chairs, put pool floats in the outdoor shower, and lock up bikes when checking out.
